A TYPICAL ROCK'N'ROLL LESSON NIGHT

 Start the evening by practising last month's line or sequence dance then learning this month's dance selection for 15 minutes. Once you're warmed up & got your motor running, we move on to the Rock'n'Roll level 1 for the next 40 minutes or so. New dancers are welcome to join us on weeks 1 or 2 only.

 After a short tea break, to keep your motor running can we move on to a more challenging lesson, still in Rock & Roll until around 9pm when we put the music on for social dancing for a while - time to practise what you've just learned or ask Geoff& Jan a question if you have any.
